Elderflower syrup

The elderflower syrup is a sweet concentrate of the elderflower according to an old recipe of our grandmothers added with sugar and citric acid.
One part syrup diluted with six to seven parts water, and they have a great thirst quencher
TIP: Give it a shot of syrup in a champagne glass and add champagne or  sparkling wine
-> a fragrant delight
In winter: add boiling water -> helps with colds

For real rhubarb fans, the rhubarb syrup tastes sour-fine and very refreshing! The best in bubbly water or with a prosecco and a little mint as an aperitif.
